Last night hubby told me there was an ad for Yorkies in the newspaper and just out of curiosity I asked what the ad said. He stated not much just Yorkies and the prices, that they were 8 weeks old, and number. Well I also go to a local classified website and this same number was listed under the animals for sale section. I clicked on it and it stated the pups were 6 weeks old and ready to go!
Then another one of his ads said they were 7 weeks old. All the same pups. Also, all of these ads were ran on the same day.
I think there may be a bad breeder in my area. Is there anything I can do to "investigate" this shady sounding breeder??? I'm usually not the one to get involved in anything like this, but I really feel for these pups, esp. if they are 6 weeks old.
