well it says on the Wellness homepage that if he is 3 lbs he should get 1.5 cups... so i'd say he should be getting at least 3/4 c... is he on the puppy formula???
HOw do you think he would do if you free fed him? Usually i'm not for that but when they are so tiny i think it is ok. Layla was free fed and did very well. I'm guessing he is not getting enough... 4 tsp a day is not a lot... try giving him more.. see if he will stop when he is full.
