Thanks ya'll. I have exhausted all other efforts to come up with the additional funds so if my GaGa can't help then its a no go.
I just hate renting so much. IF we get this house, the payments will only be a tiny bit more than what we pay in rent and we'll actually be paying on something that is OURS.
The house looks kind of like a long cabin and has beautiful stone steps and then you get inside to the living room and there is this GORGEOUS stone fireplace. The house needs a little bit of work - all cosmetic and its mostly just cleaning and painting. That is stuff we can do a little at a time.
Oh and the best part about the house, a big fenced in back yard for the Poopanut to run all she wants to off leash! She will LOVE that! Her and Izzy-Belle both would love to just be able to take off running and play chase!
