I'm on my way to exercising (walking) everyday!! I started yesterday and did a mile
I guess I have to start somewhere. Today since I ate 2 homeade cookies I will try and do 2 miles LOL but my goal for this week is to do a mile everyday and work my way up. WISH ME LUCK...Gotta at least get these extra 40 lbs off
