I can get so mushy over crap like this! LOL! Let things come naturally. Obviously, this guy has thought about you a lot over the years as you have him. He could be the one that you've been waiting for.
I don't hold much back and fall in love pretty quickly. It's just the romantic in me, I guess.
The way I see it is life is too short. If he's given you a reason to hold back then why go out with him again? This person hasn't given you a reason at least not one that you've told us. Your date tonight sounds very romantic.
