Oh guys I dont know if signs help. I live in the community and there are lot of people who have dogs here. Everywhere there are signs saying please curb your dog or you will get a fine. Nothing helps thou. I walk my dog and constantly see big mines eww. Few times I stepped in it and I think the whole neighborhood heard me cursing lol Its like you walk your dog here too why not clean up after youself you will eventually step in it yourself gee. I have an open area near church that has lots of grass and I see a lot of children constanly play there. One time far away I saw this car pulling near that grass and all of the sudden I see a big black dog (I couldnt see what kind of breed it was) went out from that car and started doing business there he was without the leash! I started walking towards them of course having Maxi in my arms and suddenly the man called the dog in the car and left. This is absolutely disgusting! I wish I was able to take a photo of his license plates from my cell phone so I could report him but he took off.
