This is an ongoing problem. My sister has the area of her home, especially near her mailbox littered at times, with dog fesces. She doesn't even have a dog!
My neighbor has three dogs and occasionally lets them roam free. Of course, they come over to my lawn to relieve themselves, along with their cat who just loves our flowerbeds.
I think, since you caught this boy redhanded, I would have asked him to pick up the poop, handing him a plastic bag. Next, I would ask his name and where he lived (intimidation factor).
There is no easy answer to this problem. Mine is ongoing. My sister is constantly cleaning up too! |
