Welcome to YT!! You'll find lots of good info here and lots of knowledgable people to help. As far as grooming, I think you need to wait until he's had all his shots first.....my groomer also asks for verification the first time I brought mine. I have a puppy too...she's 17 weeks and she got her first grooming last week. Good Luck.
