My mom has a huge problem with people walking their dogs in her yard, and she put a sign in her front yard saying "I have enough of my own dog poop, and don't need yours too!!!!". The HOA really did not like that all. I caught a one my neighbors letting their big dogs poop in my yard, and I just bagged up their poop and delivered it to them.
