LOL...yet AGAIN...it depends on WHO you ask and which US 'registry' you are referring to...that is an something that those working with the breed do not all agree on.
As far as Biewers being their own "breed," that also depends on who you ask--some say it is, some claim otherwise. Doesn't make it so because there are some organizations allowing them to be 'registered.' (There are some registries that allow "designer breeds" to be registered.)
Each group has their own views and opinions on these and understandably each group feels they are in the right. These are not questions that you can get one, universally agreed on answer for.
