Thank you!!! I actually don't even have a sewing maching but I took out a shirt of hers that fits her to measure and I ended up cutting out about a 3 inch strip from the back of the shirt and sewed it back together then I took in the arms about an inch and then the neck was too big so I pulled in the top part of the neck and stitched it with those little pink bows. The shirt originally is for newborns. I'm sure it would have been a lot easier if I had a sewing machine.
