Again, it depends on who you ask and who's 'code of ethics' you are following. There are several different Biewer 'groups' if you will working with these dogs right now--all of them have their own 'code of ethics' and opinions on what the 'official regulations' for Biewers should be and of course everyone believes that they are in the right. Some think they are a separate breed, some think they are just a variation of Yorkies,. Some practice only breeding Biewer to Biewer, some incorporate standard colored Yorkies to their line. Being new in comparison to other, established breeds, Biewers still have a long way to go before there becomes 'universal.'
