Not only is yogurt okay, it's wonderful for them! Just make sure it's free of artificial sweetener, NO diet yogurt! Plain is just great, but if they won't eat it, vanilla is okay. I don't like to give my babies any extra sugar, I'm lucky that they eat the plain just fine
