What's a person to do? My daughter has just brought home a 12 wk old cavachon. He thinks that the training pads are for play & chewing up. I don't know what to tell her

as to getting him to stop this. Any ideas would sure be appreciated. My yorkie didn't do this until she was pretty well house trained. So I don't know what to tell her.
