You must have 2 dogs with the piebald gene to get parti pups.

If you take a Biewer (has 2 piebald genes) and a standard yorkie (0 piebald genes), you get all puppies with 1 piebald gene. These will all look like standard yorkies but be carriers of the gene.

If you take a Biewer and breed with a standard yorkie that is a parti carrier (has 1 gene like the pups above), then you'll get some biewers and some standard-looking carriers.
