Yes, I'd be ticked too. A "friend" of mine did that to my 11 month old daughter years ago. She just cut her bangs while she was babysitting her for a couple hours..... just because she thought they needed it. She of course didn't take into consideration that the kid's hair was semi-curly so those bangs that were the perfect length wet were halfway up her forehead once they dried. And that is one of my biggest pet peeves - too short bangs. I didn't speak to her for a very long time after that. I think I was the most pissed about the fact that she was going to get her "first official hair cut" on her 1st birthday and she ruined that for me. Furkids, skinkids.... doesn't matter. You don't mess with other people's kids without asking permission.
