In reading your email you asked them about Biewer, Chocolate, Red and Blonde. Their response was short "No, not in the foreseeable future."
It sounds like they were short with you and didnt offer much information. Also, they didnt specify which color they were speaking of, it seemed like they lumped it all together to give you a short answer.
I dont have Max's papers on hand to reference because I am at work and the papers are filed away at home.
I just called Max's breeder and she said Max's mom's papers read Liver/Tan.
She said the person who helped her at the AKC was Teresa. She said you can try to email the AKC and direct the email to Teresa. If that doesnt get you very far, PM me and I will give you my breeders full name and you can use that to reference as she has 3 chocolates registered with the AKC.
Max's breeder said not very many people she spoke to at the AKC were familiar with registering Liver/Chocolates etc. luckily she was in contact with Teresa and Teresa was most helpful.
