I so feel your pain. Lately i have been feeling the same way and i dont graduate until 2009, so I have a long time. What I do is listen to some music or take a warm bubble bath or even read a book or write poetry to get my mind off a lot of things. My family don't understand and I don't think they never will I hope you feel better soon ((hugs))
