It is hard to say because some good breeders keep their dogs housed in a kennel. It would have to have heat and air and be well maintained. While the breeders who do this may be fine, it isn't my idea of the ideal situation. You would also have to see what health testing was done on the parents and if they know their lines. Are the parents standard? If they are in a shed, when are they socialized? Why are they breeding?
