I wouldn't say I eat a lot of fake meats but for me it makes things easier sometimes. I wasn't raised a vegetarian so planning meals with meat is the way I learned to cook and so it's more natural (easy) for me. The longer I'm a vegetarian the easier it gets to plan meals without meat. Also my hubby eats meat but will eat fake meat too so it just makes everything simpler. Last night he threw some real chicken on the grill for himself so having the fake chicken for my daughter and myself gave me the ability to just throw together a salad and, ta da! Dinner!
