What is considered a puppy farm??

My friend called me and told me she had called a woman that had an add in the local newspaper to see how much her puppies were....the woman told her that she had one female, fixed for $1500...not a show dog...as a pet. She had teeth extracted and other things done to her. What do you think...she has puppies that will be born in a few weeks...she has 6 of her yorkies preggo...isn't that alot. Would you buy from her. They are in a little outside shed.
What do you think??

No I wouldn't buy from her. I would go running in the other direction...dogs in a shed are not my idea of proper housing.

A lot of yorkies and toy dogs have retained baby teeth. So they tend to do an extraction when they are under for their spay/neuter.
