I use Revolution for Puppies for all my furbabies. It includes heart-worm med. Was using Frontline, but one of my seniors was having a bad reaction to it. I agree that most doggies learn to go up the stairs awhile before they learn to go down. Had to teach my Pommie, Snowboy.
