Thank you for the replies.

I just called my vet and asked them if I should be worried and if this could be from cutting their molars. They said not to worry, teething can do that and as long as they aren't lathargic, they're eating, going potty and acting normal in other ways they don't need to come in. Judging by the 2 or 3 hours of hard and fast play every morning I would say they aren't lethargic and for the amount of potty I clean up every day I'd say they're o.k. there...so I'll just keep an eye on them to make sure nothing else changes.
