I just paid 40 with tip to have Lola done. She's my shih tzu and had some minor matting on the top of her rump from rolling in the snow. I was not happy. I picked her up, and she was bald all over her body and legs. They said "sorry, we had to go so short, if we would have brushed her it would have tramatized her and broken some of the hair anyways"
Lola is the best when it comes to brushing. I just had a busy couple of weeks and figured I could have someone else do it, and maybe trim her up a little. I was crushed. She has the most beautiful coat.
