Congrats on your new furbaby, they bring such love and joy to families and I can't imagine EVER being without a furbaby. As for the vaccines causing her tummy to be upset, call and speak with your vet about it, it may be a reaction to one of the vaccines. I'd rub some Nutrical or Kayro syrup on the gums to make sure her sugar doesn't bottom out and her get hypoglycemia with her vomiting. Speak with your vet about that. Good luck and welcome to YT!
