i homecook for sammy and i use the healthy powder from dr pitcairns book. it calls for lecithin and i have been seeing sammy licking his front paws quite a bit. so what i have read in magazines ( sitting in barnes & noble ) is that they are linking lecithin to licking of paws. they must itch or somehow bother him.

i took him off of the healthy powder , and give him half a performance centrum vitamin which he is doing fine on.

does anyone have this problem or know anything about it ? should i make the healthy powder without the lecithin ?
