I personally think its lack of upbringing and lack of time from the parents side, you should feel sorry for kids like that, they are heading for some hard knocks they will be getting in their future!
Sure i can imagine the anger you must have felt when they spoke to you that way, but i wouldnt even give them time of day!
Its obvious, that your puppies get more love and attention from you, then what those kids have ever had, or will ever get from their "parents"
