If this is one of those nigera scams, like it sounds, don't worry. I seriously doubt a puppy is sitting anywhere for any length of time.

I'm not quite understanding where she is located. Maybe let her know that you know someone who lives where she's at and you'd like them to come see the puppy on your behalf. ????
