I'm not sure if you are planning to also get monies for your now "affected" style of living, because let's face it...your arm is not 100% anymore. With that being said, you should be compensated.
And IF you were to do anything like landscaping (which involves both your arms), that can greatly affect how much you can receive.

I have to go to some classes and stuff before I start anything. I wont do any more than I need to right now but I am not going to milk it for more than it is worth. I am a very honest person and all that I want is for my medical expenses to be paid and for my lost wages to be covered. That is it. I dont want anymore than that because I am not one to take advantage of something and I am not going to make my life stop because of this law suit.
