I remember my first bra too. I hated it and I cut it up so I wouldn't have to wear it anymore.
Mandee, I just say be honest w/ her w/o giving TOO much detail. There was one book that a family I used to sit for read to their 3 yr old before her sister was born. I thought it was a BIT too graphic. It covered several topics, not just pregnancy. One part of the book even talked about how it was okay and natural to touch yourself down there to make yourself feel good. One day when I was babysitting she asked me to read it to her. I'd never seen it before and started looking at it. I was like
"how about we read the 3 little pigs instead"
