When my kids were small and asked me questions I wasn't sure how to answer, I would ask them what they thought the answer was. Most of the time their answers were enough to keep them happy and save me from trying to come up with appropriate answere that they could understand. Occaisonally, they already knew the answers and just wanted to be sure. The biggest one that comes to mind was when my dtr asked us where she came from. After alot of hmmmming and trying to change the subject, we asked her where she thought she came from and she said she didn't know but her friend came from Florida.
