I got it on vacation at a doggie boutique in Myrtle Beach. But I know a few others have purchased it too and I've seen it on a website recently - but my old brain can't remember where!!! The wire top fits the top edge of the basket exactly, and has about 5" of additional height. It straps on the leathere straps that you can see on the front of the basket.
