Ok, well I was asking because I've heard this term for YEARS. I'm talking like 10 years. I have always believed there were really teacup Poodles and that the term just was falsely carried over to other breeds (like Shih Tzus, etc).
This dog I was looking at is very cute and was not advertised as a "teacup". He is a termed as a toy poodle. Just curious.
