Yes he does... buy ONLY momma or Jess can touch him...he was NOT HAVING anyone pet or hold him. I think Twalla has him a little bit spoiled to HER lovin' But what a sweetie he is... he is smaller than he appears in his pics too!!! Carter was a snuggle bug. Between him & Sallee, I didnt miss home as much since I had to leave mine at home. Carter was little, so it was like holding Sophie & Sallee looks just like Rusty and playful like him so that fixed that. (Sallee is Rusty's 1/2 sister)
