Umm...no way
The water coming out of that hose is too cold (how would you feel being blasted with cool water?) and those spray attachments have too high of a pressure. I can't imagine that it would feel too good to be sprayed with high-pressured cold water. I bathe mine in the sink with the spray nozzel...it's a gentle pressure and I use warm water.
