He may have been that way since you got him, but he also has been eating not so great food since he has been born. I would try switching him to a premium food, like Canidae (www.canidae.com) to see if that would help. I would also not give him tap water. Use filtered or bottled water. This really helps with the tear stains. I use to think that Iams was the best food out there until I got on a website called Dogster and found out alot about dog food and the really bad ingredients in most store bought foods. Good luck!!
