If the flight issues does not work out and the train is gonna "roll" through I-20 in MS, I'd be happy to help out. Dallas is approximately 6 hours from me - I could drive as far as Shreveport (or closer if a YT member wants to pick up the train in Monroe or Ruston, LA) - Shreveport is about 3 hours west of me, Monroe an hour, and Ruston about an hour and a half.
