It would be best to discuss the problem with the girls mother and let her explain to her children. Whether you have dogs or not, everyone deserves privacy. If your dogs are stressed out by children being there then you definitely need to explain to all concerned that the expectant mom needs peace and quiet or she could lose her babies prematurely.
