Cindy (Chattiesmom) for the purple Step in harnesses for the girls - they Fit PERFECTLY and are so so easy to use !! I have other harnesses I had bought and never used as I couldn't figure them out properly (I'm harness challanged lol) so these are a DREAM !! Thank you Cindy

I never 'undo' the neck area velcro and only undo the tummy part but the 1st dresses you made for my girls I think maybe
