A false pregnancy can look a lot like a real pregnancy, I have even had a girl who developed milk with a false pregnancy. Their tummies will get bigger, nipples will get bigger, she will nest and often with false pregnancy the mothers adopt a toy as "their puppy" that they will love and nurture. It is really a sad thing to see them go through.
A false pregnancy will last about the same time a real pregnancy would for them, you just have to let it run its course. I really don't think there is much you can do for them other than comfort them and make sure she is still eating good.

Since you aren't completely sure whether it is a false pregnancy or not I would be prepared for puppies just in case, it is always better to be prepared.
