Suprising they didn't give her any antibiotics. When I had Lulu spayed they sent her home with pain meds for four days and also antibiotics that she took for a week.
Give them a call. She may be having some discomfort from the spay and could possibly be getting an infection.
When Lulu was spayed she didn't pee excessively after. The first day she was peeing buckets because of the after effects of the iv. But never peed like that.
Honesty wait until monday and see your vet. She will be fine. After surgeries you will feel pressure I know I did when I had my tubes tied and they did it via laproscopy.
