Unfortunately, Bailey did that a few times several weeks ago -it was very aggravating!!
The dining room is a room we that we don't use very much so we keep it blocked off until she's poop'd for the day. In addition she gets a ton of praise when she poops outside (its kinda like starting over). So far, it has worked - no accidents for a month now.
Its kinda funny - a day doesn't go by without discussing Bailey's daily poop so we can finally relax
