Hi, and welcome to YT! The bad breath could be because she has some teeth that are loose, but not quite out yet. I know that I called Scooter "Death Breath" for awhile there. Once I found the loose tooth and got it out though...immediately, no problem. Also, this breed is prone to double sets of teeth (baby teeth that don't come out on their own.) Most people wait until they are having their baby spayed or neutered and have the vet remove the extra teeth then. It's important to have them removed, because they can trap food debris and cause major dental problems, resulting in overall health problems. Hopes this helps.
