I read the same thing on a website about yorkies, the pigment in the eyes glow different depending on the coat type. The green/blue/turquoise is a silky coat and amber/red is a cottony coat. Otis has a silky coat and his eyes always glow green or blueish green color and my moms yorkie has a cotton coat and his eyes glow amber in pictures....
