I think your Yorkie loves you and he knows that you are the pack leader. He has respect for you. All Yorkies get excited when they see someone different and they try to win approval of those people. It sounds like you are doing a great job. I have a 5 1/2 month old female that was giving my husband kisses and she would not give me a kiss and it kind of hurt my feelings but last night when I was getting ready to go to bed I bend down to tell her good night and she kissed me on the nose. Some things just take a little time.
