No, it's a blanket policy for all sales. This is from the same link I posted above:
All APRI records are strictly confidential by board policy. We do not divulge any information about anyone, including a pet owner such as yourself, to anyone or to any organization.
I would personally not trust a registry that was founded by professional puppy breeders to protect the wholesale pet industry.
