Courtney - definitely start taking Lexie outside every hour or so and say "potty" to her. If you see her start to go inside, tell her "potty outside". Although Sissy (2 1/2 years) now uses pee pads, this is how she trained to go outside originally. She never did give me any signals, or ask to go outside other than to sit and look at me. If I didn't see her or notice that was her signal, she would then go elsewhere.
