Awe look at the big girl. Now I want to know how mom handled it. I was so emotional on my Val's first day of school. I have 2 older ones but it was really hard for me with her. she is my last, no more babies for me. And in knowing that I wanted to hold on to her as long as possible. It was just me and her,,, Mommy's girl BIG time!!! And what hurt me the most is she really liked going to school and didn't want to stay home with mommy anymore. Even on the weekends she would ask,,,,, why can't I go to school today? Congrats,,,,, she is beautiful!

Thanks! I got teary eyed while my husband snapped the pictures but I didn't want her to see me cry so she wouldn't think going to school was a bad thing. She was happy to go and didn't look back as my husband and I left. She later told me that she had a lot of fun so that made me feel good. I know that the teacher took real good care of her.
