I would call the vet! My moms dog used to get ear infections alot! She would paw at her ear just like you said your baby is doing. They just treated her with drops and she loved them! Mom always rubbed her ear when she put them in and to this day she still loves her ears rubbed! Water in the ear can also cause a fungus if it isn't dried up...kind of like swimmers ear in humams...I've had it and it doesn't feel to good! I'm always worried about getting water in my babies ears, but she has to have her baths! Hope your baby gets to feeling better soon!
