My sister had a pituitary tumor years ago. They operated and removed it at Loma Linda University in Southern CA. They went in through her mouth (under her top lip) and through her nasal cavity. There are no scars at all, and she said it was a rather easy surgery considering. If you want her email to talk with her about it, PM me and I will give you her email.
